Appointment Guidelines from the 19th July onwards

We are so excited for Monday and the fact that our beautiful brides can have the wedding days that they have been dreaming off. 
 
After Monday’s briefing and the warnings that we need to open slowly we have been working out the best way to move forward from here. So our appointments will be run as follows from Monday:
 
  • We will be limiting guest numbers during appointments to the bride and 4 of their nearest and dearest, for a total of 5 people. This is so we can still maintain social distancing within the store. For seamstress appointments this will still be bride plus one guest as it’s a smaller room.

 

  • We will still be asking you to wear a face covering in close contact settings such as fitting rooms and when near our staff. We will be wearing them too. We would like you to feel comfortable though so if you would prefer us to take additional measures please let us know ahead of time. 

 

  • We will still be running on a strictly appointment only basis. 

To help with social distancing and fittings we will be keeping our Blossom Room closed until September at the earliest. 

Also if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. We want to do everything to keep you and our team safe and we can hope you can all understand why we are keeping these measures in place.
